As the world of e-Business expands, the law struggles to keep pace. Matt Rita and Craig Johnson will overview some of the most significant legal issues spawned by the Web, including what you should known about Internet privacy, responding to subpoenas or audit requests, and Internet Security.
Matt Rita and Craig Johnson are partners in the Denver office of Kutak Rock LLP, a full service law firm with over 250 attorneys nationwide. During the past decade, Rita and Johnson have practiced primarily in the area of civil litigation, representing clients in connection with commercial, employment and intellectual property disputes. Rita is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Cornell Law School. Johnson is a graduate of Colorado State University and the UCLA School of Law. They have each authored numerous articles and served on a number of committees for the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Associations.
