Speakers

Laura Butler, Vice President of Client Services
Recruiting Solutions International

The Application Service Provider (ASP) delivery model has enabled workforce software to extend well beyond 'applicant tracking'.  Now Workforce Software encompasses, more then ever, the full hiring lifecycle process.   Web integration enables streamlining additional technology and systems to take advantage of WOTC Tax credits, background checking and skills validation while additionally leveraging corporate Intranet portals, and even extending workforce systems to wireless devices and text messaging -- all through one access point.  Human Resource Professionals and IT departments will discover new tools to help navigate through the large inflow of applicants quickly and efficiently, connect their entire organizations hiring processes, and create quick and measurable return on investment.

Laura Butler is the Vice President of Client Services for Recruiting Solutions International (RSI), a privately held; profitable; Denver-based international software company.  The Client Services team at RSI is responsible for product development and implementation, including developing communication strategies, enterprise rollout project plans, and business process analysis for new customers.

Ms. Butler has a strong background in technology, recruiting, business management and human resources, and has personally managed the implementations and system rollouts of RSI's human capital management software for over a hundred organizations such as Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, McKesson Medication Management, Liberty Savings Bank, Fiserv, and L-3 Communications.
