Thank you for your interest in a sponsorship for the Rocky Mountain Information Management Association’s Annual Conference on March 20, 2003 at the Ritchie Center, University of Denver.  For further information, please contact Fritz Hesse at fritz_hesse@jdedwards.com, or Deb Thomas at Thomas.dj@att.net

There are three levels of sponsorship: The Silver Level ($300), Gold Level ($500), and Platinum ($1,000).  The conference is a terrific way to network and promote your organization in front of many of the Rocky Mountain community’s leading information systems managers and executives.

Silver Level ($300) Sponsorship includes:

1.      Recognition in the RMIMA conference announcements

2.      A link from RMIMA’s website to the vendor’s site under “Conference Sponsors”

3.      One page summary of your company’s services, address, phone number, and contact name included in the conference program.  The corporate descriptions will be reproduced in black and white.  If color copy is desired, please provide RMIMA with 100, one page color sheets to be placed in the program book.

4.      List of conference attendees

5.      Eight-foot (8’) table for product/information display throughout the conference. (Please indicate if a power outlet is required.)

6.      One participant admission to the full conference. (Additional passes and lunch tickets are available for $50/exhibitor.)

Gold Level ($500) Sponsorship includes 1-6 above as well as:

7.      2 full conference registration for guests or customers

8.      Official sponsor of one of the following: breakfast, break or conference program. Special recognition will be given based on the item selected.

Platinum Level ($1,000) Sponsorship included 1-8 above as well as:

9.      Official sponsor of the conference lunch.

There will be a drawing at the end of our conference.  If you have something you’d like to give away, please let us know what it will be.
