RMIMA 21st Annual Conference

Sponsorship

 

Thank you for your interest in a sponsorship for the Rocky Mountain Information Management Association’s Annual Conference on October 20, 2005 at the Ritchie Center, University of Denver.

 

There are three levels of sponsorship:

The conference is a terrific way to network and promote your organization in front of many of the Rocky Mountain community’s leading information systems managers and executives.

 

Gold Level ($250) Sponsorship includes:

1.      Recognition in the RMIMA conference announcements through press releases, sister organizations, and RMIMA monthly luncheons.

2.      A link to the RMIMA website under “Conference Sponsors”

3.      One page write up of your company’s services, address, phone number, and contact name included in the conference program.  Company descriptions up will be reproduced in black and white.  If color copy is desired, please provide RMIMA with 100, one page color sheets to be placed in the program book.

4.      List of conference attendees

5.      Eight-foot (8’) table for product/information display throughout the conference. (Please indicate if a power outlet is required.)

6.      One participant admission to the full conference. (Additional passes and lunch tickets are available for $50/exhibitor.)

 

Platinum Level ($500) Sponsorship includes 1-6 above as well as:

7.      2 full conference registration for guests or customers

8.      Official sponsor of one of the following: breakfast, break or conference program.

 

Titanium Level ($1,000) Sponsorship included 1-6 above as well as:

9.      Priority table display

10.  3 full conference registration for guests or customers

11.  Official sponsor of the conference lunch

12.  Corporate membership to RMIMA, or 1 year renewal

There will be a drawing at the end of our conference.  If you have something you’d like to give away, please let us know what it will be.
