Many companies have adopted the Balanced Scorecard to better link strategy to tactics and track Key Performance Indicators.  Scorecarding, or dashboarding, is now a hot topic with IT groups as well.  Come learn about scorecards for IT and the lessons Microsoft's IT group learned while implementing the balanced scorecard.

    Bill is an experienced senior executive with a background in Finance, Marketing and Operations for multinational companies in both manufacturing and service industries. His career spans thirty years and includes a wide range of assignments in industry and with management consulting firms. He has implemented the balanced scorecard performance management system in several organizations.  Bill is currently a Business Productivity Advisor for Microsoft in Denver.
