Come hear the initial findings from a one year on-going survey conducted by PCI global, an international Project Management training and consulting company. The survey was conducted with one hundred practicing team members and project leaders from several of PCI's Fortune 500 clients. The findings raise serious questions about how organizations deal with projects


Paul Russell:

Early in his career, Paul Russell was the founder of a small sporting goods manufacturing company based in the Midwest.  Through his exposure to the various facets of managing a business, he quickly gained an appreciation for standardized processes, and project management.  Since selling his company in 1999, Paul pursued a career training and consulting with organizations looking to increase their project management capabilities.  He has helped groups from various industries develop, unify, and train to Project Management methodologies.  He has worked with organizations such as Delta Air Lines, The State of Texas, HP and Merck among many others.


Paul is currently an active member of the Project Management Institute and the American Society of Training and Development.
