Systems Approach to Organization Design - Terry Hildebrandt
Effective organizational management at any level requires a systemic approach which considers how strategy, structure, processes, metrics, results, rewards, values, and behaviors work together to create effectiveness and efficiency. Leaders need to also consider the context of the organization to determine the appropriate model to implement. Terry will discuss the overall schema and suggest some key questions for leaders and managers to consider when creating an organization development roadmap.
