Lily Ruppe has over 20 years experience working with and in major corporations in key leadership roles. Her focus has been on designing and helping organizations implement comprehensive talent management strategies to leverage human capital for competitive advantage. Her specialties include strategic and human capital planning, assessment and selection, executive and leadership development, transition strategy, program management and business process improvement.

Lily has worked with a wide variety of companies from Fortune 50 to start-ups. She has experience in a range of industries, including and not limited to hospitality, finance, manufacturing, telecommunications, nonprofit, health care, and distribution. She has worked domestically and internationally focused on human capital management. Lily is a speaker and internationally published author of articles on organizational transformation, business process management, talent management and customer service. She has lectured for the University of Denver’s MBA program. Lily holds a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver.
