March - Monthly Lunch Briefing
The Innovation Equation
Guests $35, Members $25
11:15 Registration and networking
Innovation is something abstract that you either have the inherent ability to do or you don’t, right? Certain people are good at it and others are not (and we all know who the “nots” are); isn’t that the conventional wisdom? It may be the conventional wisdom, but that is not what this session contends. In fact, this session will go so far as to say that you can use an equation to elicit innovation from practically anyone! Really? Can Innovation be reduced to an equation?
Dr. John Reeb will share The Innovation Equation with RIMIMA and will speak to the practical aspects and uses of that equation in order to inspire innovation in your company. Once understood properly, a leader (or individual) can use this concept to dramatically improve their own innovation capabilities as well as that of their teams – but only if you’re willing. (So that you know, googling the innovation equation will not get you the equation Dr. Reeb uses.)
